With an unique experience gained on both sides of the client:agency purchasing marketing relationship, I provide consultancy on all aspects of the purchasing relationship from internal customer requirements building through to supplier relationship management.
I am the elected chair of the CIPS Specialist Knowledge Group on Marketing, and run training courses for CIPS, as well as supporting IPA training.
I have written two Best Practice Guides for CIPS on Event Services and Added Value. I have experience of both private and public sector procurement and I am an experienced presenter.
